Refund policy

Cotton Patch Boutique will gladly accept returns for full price, unworn items received within 14 days of original delivery with receipt and all original tags attached. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES will be accepted on Clearance or Sale Merchandise.

Returned items must be in original unaltered salable condition with original tags attached. Cotton Patch Boutique may reject a return if it appears to have pet hair, odors, stains, cigarette smoke or has been washed/worn. Return shipping is at customer's expense.  

To initiate a return please contact us by email within three days of delivery at the email address manager@CottonPatchBoutique.com to request a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Include your complete first and last name along with the RAC inside your package. Please ship items in the same (or similar) packaging they arrived in. Returns should be mailed to: Cotton Patch Boutique - P.O. Box 48100 - Minneapolis, MN 55448.

Purchases will be refunded to the same credit card used in the transaction.

Non-returnable items include:

-       Clearance & Sale Items

-       Intimate Apparel

-       Gift Cards & Promotional Items

If an ineligible item is returned, it will be donated or returned at the customers expense.
